We will be rebooting all servers between 18:00 GMT and 20:00 GMT.

Estimated downtime is a few minutes.

EDIT: Maintenance has started, the window will be until 22:00 GMT.

We have several users indicating they did not receive the notification email sent on Sunday. We are investigating.

Nodes are currently being powered up one by one.

Hello,

I did not receive an email about this as said in your second post.

Within your first post, you stated that downtime will be a "Few minutes" however over "2 hours" have passed since they have gone down.

You have edited your first post saying 2200GMT it is now also past this deadline.

On your second post it says that you were powering the nodes up one by one, it has been some time since that post was made, I am sure all nodes would have been powered up by now.

With the major downtime UK experienced recently and now this, it has crippled me. Both instances I knew nothing about and I could not inform my clients.

I am worried about future relations between our companies, I moved away from my old host to yourself and was extremely happy at first, however I feel this is degrading. Support has been great, however communication and uptime is also important that I feel that could be better.

Hope the servers are online soon.

Kind Regards,

Lee Johnson

Completely agree with you Lee. I too am in the same boat.

This is a copy of the last support message I sent, I have not had a reply yet

Can I suggest that maintenance on UK servers is not done in the evening? Most of my customers have sites that are used most in the evenings. It has been off line for 1h10m so far.

This is on top of the 13 hours is was offline in February.

My server did come back online after 1h15m but has since gone back off again with no warning.

I didn't receive any warning too. Just lots of emails from my server that many processes stopped working.
I had to manually restart the server after restarting some daemons failed. A few seconds ago, my server restarted too without my intervention.

Is it just one restart for each VPS?

Node Uranus is down for a hardware diagnostic. The internal molex connector seems to have failed causing a boot error. All servers hosted on Uranus are also down.

It will be brought up after we're satisfied its working reliably.

All other nodes in London are up and running, if you can't connect to your server please open a support ticket.

Thank you for your patience.

What about saturn node?

Currently (1:55PM CET) my server indicates 6 hours of uptime, so it has been rebooted around 8AM CET.

Mails from monit daemon suggest me other earlier reboot around 4AM CET.
