Hi

Ive been looking in to the issue of getting Cisco ASA 5505 & VPS to work together... It not possible with the default templates.

But Ive found a way in which I can make this happen via openswan & ipsec. Installing the packages needed is no problem, but ipsec needs PF KEY, and that's not apart of the templates.

So is it possible to get PF KEY as part of CentOS or Debian ?

ps. this should also work with other ipsec vpn's(fx linksys).

Hi,

Unfortunately its not possible to use IPSec inside a VPS, but it is possible to use PPTPD, which the Microsoft Client software supports.

You can find details here: http://forum.vpsville.ca/index.php?t=msg&th=380
