before adquiring a new service i want to be sure it is compatible with spanish lopd (personal data protection law). As part of this law, a contract should be signed between vpsville and me, additional to the usual contract.

This contract stablish that vps ville is going to treat all personal data i could store in the server in order to make backups, etc. This contract should be signed by both parts to be align with lopd law.
