Hi there,

I am writing to tell about the spam email problems that we meet with our domain name, which is hosted by VPSVille.

Our domain is: www.sportstradingclub.com
We use some email addresses created on this domain to send email to customers. However, all of our sent-out emails go to Spam box, especially when we send to google email addresses. We need to assure you that we did not send emails out like advertisements or spam contents, but we send good content to our customers. This makes us confused why they are still listed as spam emails.
We have tried searching a lot on the internet to find out the possible reason and solutions but in vain.
We have checked if our IP address, 67.227.82.189, is listed as spam IP addresses but it does not. You can see in this link:
<link> www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3asportstradingcl ub.com&run=toolpage#

Please help us fix this problem as it's very critical and serious if our emails keep going to spam box.

Thank you very much and hope to hear from you soon,

Regards,

Lucy

Hi,

You may need to configure rDNS and SPF before your mail will be accepted.

Also, the content of the messages could also be an issue on some servers.
