Hi,

I'm trying to setup SuEXEC but I'm totally lost - so instead I would like to visudo my www-data to allow it sudo power and then disable php CLI and restrict CGI access to one account. This probably isn't the most secure way - but unless I can get tons of help on installing suexec...

So, could someone help me either:

1) disable php's CLI

or

2) help me install SUEXEC

I'm using ubuntu 8.10 LAMP. I can change that if I need to.

The command: apt-get remove php5-cli

will disable php-cli.

You're awesome!

Though for a more secure server - can you point me in the right direction for suexec? The stuff I've been able to find online is pretty skimpy.
