I hate about send mail send mail they dont answer you about 1 hour or more, bring a 24/7 chat so people can chat directly to resolve issue

We may start a chat service, but it would not likely be the preferred method of contacting support.
Email is still the best way to convey technical information.

Email support is fine, provided it is 24/7.
I am 150% satisfied with the performance of the VPSes, but on the occasion that I do need support from VPSVille, (I have my own Server Administrators on staff to handle 95% of all support requests), I have to wait anywhere from 2 hours to more than 30 hours for a reply. My clients are used to 24/7 support with a reply in less than 30 minutes, so the response times need work.
Other than that, I am very happy with the service, and am hoping to do alot of business with VPSVille. The response time would be the only deal breaker I could foresee.
