Hi,

I'm completely new to this stuff, so noob-friendly instructions would be appreciated.

I just purchased a city package, running Debian 5.0

How can I connect to it for remote desktop?
I read the instructions for the pre-installed gnome desktop template( http://forum.vpsville.ca/index.php?t=msg&th=119 ) but when I try to connect it gives me:

NX> 203 NXSSH running with pid: 6520
NX> 285 Enabling check on switch command
NX> 285 Enabling skip of SSH config files
NX> 285 Setting the preferred NX options
NX> 200 Connected to address: 65.39.239.149 on port: 22
NX> 202 Authenticating user: nx
NX> 208 Using auth method: publickey
NX> 204 Authentication failed.

Note that I haven't changed anything of the server...just purchased it and wen't straight to trying to connect with NX.

Thanks

If you installed the Debian 5.0 template, you need to reinstall your OS from the control panel and select Gnome Remote Desktop rather than one of the two Debian 5.0 options.
