I am using sFTP right now, and it's running at about 50kb/sec which seems kinda slow going from lance to tizona. I'm running the sftp session from one box (via putty) direct to the other box so it shouldn't be going thru my home connection at all other than to present the terminal screen data to me.
Is there a faster way to connect the two boxes so that I can transfer things between the two VPS in high speed? That would really be the cat's meow.
Thanks!

Are Lance and Tizona in the same data centre?
If so...do you have them on a private internal network?
If so...are they both Village packages?
If so...they do not have the resources available to transfer at high speed even over an internal net.
Later,
Chris

I got it sorted out. Using scp versus sftp speeds things up quite a bit.
